Ive been inactive for 5 years

I'm not new, but I might as well be

I used to be pretty active with BOINC, and Seti USA, back in 2013/14. I had a car accident, and dropped off the face of the planet for the past 5 years. I'm finally getting on with life, and part of that is back to BOINC.

I just bought a brand new Digital Storm Aventum X, and I've started crunching with it. I'll get my other PCs crunching this week. My new system has a i9-9900K, 32GB RAM, nvidia RTX 2080S, nvidia 1060 (used as a dedicated PhysX card when I game).

I wanted to get it with the i9-9980XE so I could do 36 threads, but it would have put me way out of my budget. That would have been a nice CPU to crunch with on BOINC

It'll take me a bit to re-familiarize myself with the forums and BOINC

well well it is good to see you back DAD, was wondering if you were going to make it back. sweet rig you have added, crunching is about the same, projects change though. glad to hear things are going better for you.
