I ended up going with the Asus P8Z68-v/gen3. It was a little more then I wanted to spend but I think I can upgrade to better video cards later on.

The big differeence as far as crossfire and sli on this old board and this one is that this one has a pci-e slot and a pci slot between the pci-e x 16 slots. That give me the ability to run with the sli bridge thta I have and not have to go looking for one for a crossfire rig. I just don't use ATI cards. I am a die-hard NVIDIA person.
The new board is out for delivery. I hope he gets here earlier then he usually does. 4 PM means I will be up till the wee hours again.
