They're not. Going to start using the Parkes 210 foot radio telescope in Australia and the Green Bank 330 foot radio telescope in West Virginia. Neither as big as Arecibo, but they can be moved to focus. This way they have both hemispheres covered.

They're also hiring a crapload more astronomers and students. Hopefully they'll actually be looking at the data
