I think it's important to mention the OS. For some reason my default thinking is Linux.
I upgraded from boinc 7.14.2 to 7.16.14 on one of my computers.

Do the Gflops ratings on the wiki sites still compare apples to apples for crunching? Or do newer cards have some extra goodies that makes their crunching

It was win10. The trick was the reboot inbetween.
