I have owned 6 Rosewill PSU's in my life (and those were the cheaper ones) and not one of them has failed. 2 of them are still running today (a 400W and a 500W) and my 550W unit is sitting in the closet as a backup (you know you have a backup too ). It is ultimately up to you Mike.

P.S. What do you guys think about the other components?
