One more project for my ultra-old, ultra-slow IBM Power3!

Pretty good production for a 400MHz processor.

48 cobblestones for 5 hours is good for this box. That's about 230 a day, which is more than any other cpu intensive app it's done. It's way better than Enigma.

I'll be sticking with DNETC on the POWER3 now.

I'm still trying to get a workunit here on my PS3. I got it running primaboinca and whoever said the credits were bad, they weren't kidding! I tried some yoyo but some of the workunits get stuck after 23 minutes and I have to abort them. I am curious to see what this thing can do on DNETC if they ever give me a WU!

Maxwell is the person here with the PS3, if he still has it and is still running it. I'm surprised he hasn't commented yet. You could send him a PM or something.

Ok, so I finally fixed my grievous clerical error and got my PS3 running! The Cell processor is insane. I think i've gotten almost 1,000 credits an hour since it began. I know it's not a lot compared to GPUs, but at 110W thats gotta be a really efficient processor in there.

Which BOINC client are you running for the PS3?

Is that the PG version of the client?

Looks like he used it on Yoyo and Primaboinca. I don't see Primegrid.
