SIMAP is a project that doesn't always have work. Throughout the month, they collect information and at the beginning of each month, they release a "batch" of work for calculations. Once that work is completed, they have nothing else to hand out until the beginning of the next month. Some months the batches are bigger than others, but lately it's been pretty consistent. So, now that all the work has been handed out, you get to move on to some other worthwhile project until June 1st.
