I was able to pick up 3 badges in the last week.
Two bronze ones are from World Community Grid.
Human Proteome and Go fight malaria projects that are both ending now.
The small silver one is from Enigma project.

You all probably know all this stuff already but I found
a page that shows all the different badges from boinc projects
and what you need to get them whether it's by credit or cpu time.
