True but reading from any NAND also chips away at it life. And all versions of Windows are notorious for the exorbitant number of reads and writes performed even for mundane background tasks. Atm, I cannot give you any I/O stats from my SSD, as my desktop is out of action, but I now it's a lot higher then yours....
