Could be router i guess? Would be strange since i never adjust anything away from default that i recall. It can't be anti-virus because i'm not using any and it can't be firefox because chrome failed too. I doubt it's the firewall but i'll have another look. Windows is a possibility. I can't think of a single piece of hardware in the 2500K box that's the same brand as in the 3770K box, except the CPU and they're different models, so i doubt it's a hardware issue as well.

Yeah, You having a similar problem on the 2nd box says it's an external issue. The only other possibility would be your ISP. Big Brother is nesting at JPM's house...????
